1903<\/h3><p>Le colonel Lyautey est appel\u00e9 pour assurer la pacification de la fronti\u00e8re Alg\u00e9ro-Marocaine depuis la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Beni Alles. Il dispose de 8000 hommes, mais outrepasse les pouvoirs que le gouvernement lui a fix\u00e9s et d\u00e9passe les limites de la fronti\u00e8re. Il occupe Bechar (en territoire marocain au Sud est) et l\u2019appelle Colomb.<\/p><p>Au m\u00eame moment, le Maroc est exsangue financi\u00e8rement, et fait appel \u00e0 la Banque de Paris et des Pays-Bas qui devient le principal cr\u00e9ancier du royaume.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row et_pb_row_5\"><div class=\"et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et_pb_column_8  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et-last-child\"><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_3  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3>31 mars 1905<\/h3><p>Le kayser Guillaume II inquiet de l\u2019avanc\u00e9e des troupes de Lyautey d\u00e9barque au Maroc \u00e0 Tanger.<\/p><h3>du 7 janvier au 6 avril 1906 \u00e0 Alg\u00e9siras<\/h3><p>Conf\u00e9rence internationale \u00e0 la demande du Sultan sous la pression du Kayser. Treize pays y participent et la France en sort vainqueur. L\u2019ind\u00e9pendance du Maroc y est affirm\u00e9e, mais les principaux ports tombent sous le contr\u00f4le de la France et de l\u2019Espagne. La France devient majoritaire dans la Banque d\u2019Etat du Maroc.<\/p><p>Le trait\u00e9 d\u2019Alg\u00e9siras est particuli\u00e8rement mal v\u00e9cu par la population Marocaine. On est proche de la confrontation arm\u00e9e entre les deux pays.<\/p><h3>4 novembre 1911<\/h3><p>Apr\u00e8s des mois de longues n\u00e9gociations, l\u2019Allemagne et la France signent un accord sur le devenir du Maroc : l\u2019Allemagne abandonne toute pr\u00e9tention sur le Maroc, et en \u00e9change obtient d\u2019importantes concessions territoriales au Congo et au Cameroun.<\/p><h3>30 mars 1912<\/h3><p>Sous la pression de 5 000 soldats qui cernent le Palais, le Sultan Moulay Hafid signe le trait\u00e9 du protectorat.<\/p><h3>16 mai 1912<\/h3><p>Rejoints par des mutins, des rebelles soul\u00e8vent F\u00e8s.
